I uninstalled previous version (Type 3.2.038); restarted Windows (Win7 64bit); and install new version Type 3.2.039. I expected that the "delete glyphs" option will run, but still doesn't work. (I wrote about this problem earlier too — forum.cr8software.net/post/1135/thread )
If I create new font file and a few new glyphs, then open "delete glyphs" and pressed "ok":
And nothing happens. The operation is performed, but all glyphs remain in place:
Is it only me or somebody else have this problem too?

I am not sure what is happening here. You should get the sequence below (I did as you did). I assume that you do not get the prompt (pic 2)? But when you say 'nothing happens' does the delete glyphs dialog close after pressing OK?

I think I have found the bug and will release an update soon. In the mean time, this should not happen if you are in Unicode Scripts or Code Pages view. Selecting the last two glyphs in Glyph List view before selecting delete glyphs should also work (of you will have to manually enter the glyph number that you want to delete).
Please can you verify that this work-around works for you, as it will confirm the cause of this problem.
